Why Nutrition Coaching?
Workouts happen 3-6 times per week for most active folks. That number of meals can occur daily. Because meals tend to occur much more frequently than workouts, nutrition must be addressed in any balanced fitness program. Fisticuffs' approach to eating is based primarily on you. Because there are so many methods available for weight management, it can become confusing to know what works and what to believe. The truth is, there are many ways to approach nutrition. At Fisticuffs we work with you to come up with a custom plan that will be easy to stick to because you helped design it. If you're more of the hands off type, that's fine too. By answering a few questions for us, we can help to create a custom plan to keep you on track in your health and fitness journey.
