Training for Athletes
Our training is based around the principals of proper technique, muscle balance and joint alignment. In many sports injuries occur simply because movements are performed with poor technique in the gym creating muscle imbalances and joint impingements. Our training corrects these form errors and strengthens weak muscle groups customized on an individual basis.
We also take into account the specific needs of the sport in regard to conditioning. Not every sport has the same demands so conditioning shouldn't be the same for every athlete.
