Yoga with, Marcus "Reverend Gains" Purnell @2:00 p.m.


 

Strength Camps for Athletes

Please call if interested. We work with athletes to develop coordination, general strength, explosive power, mobility and work capacity in the off season to be sure that they return to their sport ready to practice/play with a lower risk of injury and a broader base of athleticism  to take performance to the next level.

Training for Athletes

Our training is based around the principals of proper technique, muscle balance and joint alignment. In many sports injuries occur simply because movements are performed with poor technique in the gym creating muscle imbalances and joint impingements. Our training corrects these form errors and strengthens weak muscle groups customized on an individual basis.
